I’ve spent over 30 years helping organizations turn strategy into execution — first in a global corporate career, and today through my work with leadership teams facing complex, high-stakes decisions.
Earlier in my career, I led global brands and campaigns across multiple markets, where success depended less on having the “right” strategy and more on aligning diverse stakeholders around shared priorities, trade-offs, and decisions. Whether navigating global vs. local tensions, long-term brand building vs. short-term performance, or competing budget priorities, I saw the same pattern repeat: Strategy fails when alignment fails.
Today, that same alignment challenge shows up in new domains - from AI adoption to climate resilience - with higher stakes and broader consequences. Through IMPACT3P, I work with leadership teams to create the conditions for shared understanding, better decisions, and coordinated action under complexity. The focus isn’t inspiration or theory, it’s execution.
I also serve as Chair of Conscious Capitalism NYC, where we work with business leaders to strengthen an ecosystem in which long-term value creation, human impact, and sound decision-making reinforce one another.
